Fiedotin Consulting has a wide array of well-designed, pre-built, and quickly deployable services and tools; we can typically initiate engagements within a week of contact. That being said, we do not believe in "one size fits all." All deliverables are customized to the particular situation and needs of the private equity firm and the portfolio company. Prior to founding Fiedotin Consulting, Dr. Norma Fiedotin worked as a Vice President and Senior Consultant at Leadership Alliance, Inc. and as Partner at RHR International. Before that, she led the corporate development function for a San Francisco-based technology company where she successfully rebuilt the human resources department and reengineered the company’s management team, organizational structure and corporate culture. Dr. Fiedotin holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Northwestern University and a masters and doctorate in clinical psychology from Washington University in St. Louis.
